Shipping policy
1. 2. The samples are sent by general logistics, and the freight shall be borne by the seller, while the buyer shall pay according to the price of the product. For special products, such as low-priced products weighing more than 0.6KG, the logistics cost shall be negotiated by both parties.
3. Large amount orders, or customers require customs clearance orders, need to use the company's US dollar account for transactions, we need to pay taxes normally to declare exports, after the delivery of products need customs declaration information, certificate of origin and so on, please contact customer service.
Rerurns and Exchange policy
1.Due to the buyer's delay in customs clearance Or refuse to clear customs , the goods are returned by the local customs. The seller does not support the refund of this order and requires the buyer to pay all the costs arising therefrom, including return freight, taxes and other related expenses.
2.Because the seller sent the wrong type and size of the goods, the buyer is willing to replace the resulting return and replacement costs borne by the seller, the buyer does not agree to replace the goods, and requires a refund, the seller supports a full refund and pays 5% of the amount as compensation, and the compensation amount will be reduced on the total amount of the next buyer order.
3.Due to improper use of the buyer's products in the environment, such as high acid and corrosion environment, limited to gas use and the buyer for water, oil, or other unsuitable environment, or all force majeure factors, or due to improper operation of the buyer, or installation errors resulting in product damage can not be used, do not support for maintenance or replacement, resulting in production losses borne by the buyer.
