1. When we receive your order, UPS and FEDEX are the first choice for delivery, the normal time limit is 10-15 days, 20-28 days in remote areas, all prices excluding tax are DAP mode, please actively cooperate with the customs clearance after the goods arrive at the local customs, if you need INVOICE, please contact customer service to send. 2. The samples are sent by general logistics, and the freight shall be borne by the seller, while the buyer shall pay according to the price of the product. For special products, such as low-priced products weighing more than 0.6KG, the logistics cost shall be negotiated by both parties.
3. Returns and Exchange policy

1.Due to the buyer's delay in customs clearance Or refuse to clear customs , the goods are returned by the local customs. The seller does not support the refund of this order and requires the buyer to pay all the costs arising therefrom, including return freight, taxes and other related expenses.
2.Because the seller sent the wrong type and size of the goods, the buyer is willing to replace the resulting return and replacement costs borne by the seller, the buyer does not agree to replace the goods, and requires a refund, the seller supports a full refund and pays 5% of the amount as compensation, and the compensation amount will be reduced on the total amount of the next buyer order.
